This should be a rule as far as I'm concerned. Brexit posts here have been a complete shit show. People trying to engineer some tenuous relevance between the vote and this club as an excuse to push whatever agenda they have in mind. Name-calling, mass downvoting, scare tactics, the works. From both sides.

There are political subs dedicated to that crap, go there. This sub is for MUFC discussion.

Problem is people here aren't properly discussing the actual impact on football. Did you see the thread from yesterday? It was just people pulling anything they could imagine out their arse to link this club to the vote as a pretense to justify pushing their pro or anti Brexit agendas.

It's not relevant for United. Our existing players will be granted indefinite right to remain and in the next two years before we're able to leave a points-based system with exemptions for exceptional talent will be instituted (the same one which allowed us to sign the da Silva twins etc.).

While I couldn't given two shits about dog posts here as there are plenty of other subs for my daily dose of that. Your logic is that you are as relevant to the club as Mourinho. Think the boss posting something on social media carries a bit more weight than you do. Just downvote and move on. It's there for shit content use it. This is /r/reddevils not /r/politics. The sub has a theme, you can't just post things completely irrelevant to that theme and say "hey don't like it don't read it". That's not how reddit works.
