Unfortunately, we have no choice but to remove Dylan-W AKA CisWhiteMaelstrom from the moderator list, effective immediately.
Two recent issues came up that forced this.
  1. On Saturday he stickied a link where he said he could get away with raping illegal aliens and has banned a lot of people who have a problem with that post. I don't personally think he's raped anybody and I do not believe that he is in any way in favor of rape. The rape comments from him are part of a "character” he has played as one of reddit’s most prolific trolls. The higher level moderators here knew about the comments Cis posted in the past and had thought that, with him looking to make a career out of this stuff, he would enjoy the deniability that comes with his old account having been deleted. Banning people for objecting to rape is something that the other full permissions mods do not agree with.
  2. Later on Saturday night Dylan-W/CisWhiteMaelstrom privately told me about this plan of his to create an alt right subreddit, to hand it over to white nationalist celebrities Jared Taylor, Walt Bismarck, and Richard Spencer, and to promote it on /r/the_donald using /u/Dylan-W. Having a moderator of the largest pro-Trump subreddit promote people that Trump himself would disavow does nothing to help Trump. It does, however, give credibility to the left wing narrative that Trump's campaign is built on racism. Back in February Cis was helping us to keep white nationalists out of /r/the_donald, now he’s looking into promoting them and recruiting some of their leaders to run things. I do not support white nationalists and I don’t have reason to believe that Cis personally holds the views of these people. That said, this is not about what any one person on the moderator list believes in. This is about doing what is best for Donald Trump. The people who Cis said he would hand control of an alt right subreddit to are people who promote the idea of creating a white ethnostate in the United States. They are people that Trump would want nothing to do with. Just as Trump would, we disavow them.
After talking this over with lil-z and PrinceCamelton we decided to wait until Dylan-W promoted his alt right subreddit to do this and we thought that he would be doing this today. This would have prevented the creation of an alternate narrative, but he was vague in the language of today’s post. He did allude to his intentions when he said that some of the subreddits “might even be against our rules, but that we still like”.
Ultimately, his post today was a unilateral action. We had discussed creating a network of subreddits but there was no agreement on the nature of the subreddits. Lil-z was talking about doing this with a network of “brand” subreddits like “the_XXX”. My suggestion was to promote a multireddit consisting of subreddits for international news, USA news, and a more general political subreddit run by us or by friendly people. I grabbed /r/InternationalNews and discussed some of the non-SJW subreddits that already exist such as /r/WorldPolitics. I still think that alternatives to /r/WorldNews and /r/News that are run by friendly people would be great places for non-supporters to get exposed to conservative, nationalist points of view and that many will eventually find their way to /r/the_donald. I am happy for us to promote some “shit lord” subreddits that help out our cause such as /r/HillaryForPrison, but I am opposed to promoting “shit lord” subreddits that do nothing to help to promote Trump or to attack Hillary Clinton especially those that “might even be against our rules, but that we still like”. The bottom line here is that nothing was agreed upon.
There is no denying that Dylan-W/CisWhiteMaelstrom is a very smart and uniquely talented individual, but we can no longer have him on the moderator team.

He was honestly the worst thing about this sub, always injecting his own agenda or stroking his own dick in every post.
I'm happy the mod team stepped up and dealt with him, don't second-guess yourselves, he was power-crazed and acted like a child constantly. He made this sub and TRUMPeters as a whole look awful.

Guys, we are tired of this shit. Just give us a high energy leader that doesn't embarrass us on a monthly basis. We need to pivot towards the general election and bragging about rape desires isn't helping anything. I mean Holy shit. CWM came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nuggets and I literally screamed at him and hit the plate of chicken nuggets out of his hand. He started yelling and swearing at me and I slammed the door on him. I'm so distressed right now I don't know what to do. I didn't mean to do that to CWM but I'm literally in shock from the results tonight. I feel like I'm going to explode. Why the fucking fuck is he losing? This can't be happening.
