Here is a hilarious case of ciswhite/dylan-w doing his best John Miller. A couple months ago ciswhite stated he was going to be gone for a couple weeks so he did nothing on the sub but apparently had time to make one of his 500 meta posts defending himself from various criticisms. He has since scrubbed everything on that account so the post itself is [deleted]. But for your viewing pleasure his John Miller remains.

A comment was stickied from a days old mod account with barely any history who sounds an awful lot like ciswhite/dylan-w. He took the time to sticky this comment (from alt mod account user "politicsonreddit"). In this comment he refers to himself in the third person:

I want to add to this, what SRD is saying about CisWhiteMaelstrom is laughable.

It seems he feels the need to defend lack of work during his multi-week absence (a little guilty maybe?) so he throws this in:

I don't know him on a personal level so I won't comment on their remarks about his personality (which how the fuck would they know anyways?), but I will comment on his work ethic in this sub. I've been quite busy this month, but when I do get on; almost always is CWM shuffling through stickies to post the newest best content for all of you, almost always is he informing everyone on what is going on even when he doesn't have to, almost always is he banning people and making sure this place is great for all of you, almost always is he in some way working on this sub, when HE DOESN'T GET PAID TO DO IT.

And then he finishes up with sort of giving himself away again and then defending jcm's decision to de-mod a bunch of people and leave ciswhite/dylan-w in charge:

I really liked JCM. He was very polite towards me and was the one who modded me in the first place. He understood that I was going to be busy this month with my personal issues, but didn't demod me because he knows how much I love this sub. However, when he stepped down it shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone who he would have chosen for head mod. In fact I'd be surprised if he didn't choose CWM. That's nothing against the other top mods, because literally they are all great and put in so much work it's amazing, just CWM is the leader we need here. Us mods have no issues with this, and things are running smooth as fuck.

The day he bailed and deleted "ciswhitemaelstrom" a number of his mod alt accounts were also deleted on the same day including the one that made this comment, "politicsonreddit", and others like "respecterofwomen". Even though they're deleted I can't ping users so you can verify it for yourself.
