This is ancient "news". Here's a dated copy of the story, from 2007. (Edit: The student's name was Sarah Marshak. There were two separate incidents of swastika drawing, in two separate halls. Both turned out to be hoaxes. There's a more recent story about GWU suspending a Jewish student for displaying an souvenir swastika that he brought back from India, where swastikas are not laden with the meaning imbued by the Nazis, but that's not particularly relevant to the sad story of Marshak back in 2007. SMH.)

There have been a couple of instances since the one you're referring to, there was one as recently as last spring which - again - turned out to be posted by a Jewish student. I think that one was a dude though.
