You keep saying that, but it's not something we can know for sure yet. It was literally minutes ago. Some reports are saying that the attacker shouted "Britain first" during the attack, and some versions are telling it that the other guy involved in the struggle was a bystander who tried to intervene to help.

I don't know anymore than anyone else, but let's ease off on the speculation for a couple of hours until the picture is clearer.

Yeah, and I think that's a bit distasteful too. Everyone needs to be very clear right now what they actually know versus what rumours they've overheard, otherwise we're all going to be very confused very quickly.

All we know is the poor woman was shot and stabbed through no fault of her own, and is severely injured. Everything beyond that is speculation and needs to be taken with massive handfuls of salt.

Yeah, if it turns out that she was shot for being pro-remain, this campaign would have suddenly taken a dark turn, and I certainly would start questioning whether I want to continue associating myself with the British.

I seriously hope this does not turn out to be the case and it was just a random nutjob..

Although we'll have to wait for the official press release, more witness accounts coming out in the past couple of minutes have suggested the man had been waiting for the MP and shouted Britain First before carrying out the attack. The other man intervened first. I imagine had the other guy not intervened, the guy was going to shoot up the entire surgery..

there are many people who are eyewitnesses .. people say different stuff i was quoting a early eye witness so im not just going to remove to edit my comments.
