[Opinion] One bad game by Embolo and.............. (self.reddevils)

Last time when people posted Embolo's youtube videos, GIFs etc, everyone were praising high and wanted him badly but one bad game and everyone started to rip him.
We don't want him or price is too high. He is just 19 and hardly played in big stage like Euro.
Griezmann and Pogba had a bad game(against Romania), Martial played bad too(against Albania).

Not really bothered if we get him, we have enough young talent in the front line, I just want a proven right winger and if we get embolo too then great

He was awful and also got booked for a stupid tackle. And that was against Chiriches, what will he do against Otamendi, Vertonghen etc.

Bottom line is a player shouldn't be judged only based on one game or by YouTube highlights

Lets be real, hardly anybody here had seen him play before this tournament and youtube highlights are only going to show his good side aren't they?

Which is why almost everyone here is agreed that he isn't what we need right now to challenge for titles.

Its not like Embolo has been tearing up a top league and then had one bad match, perhaps this is just his current level. Not enough of us have watched him consistently to know that.

We have always invested in younger players besides strengthening the squad with established ones. If he has the talent and if he is available for the right price, I don't see why we shouldn't buy him while getting a good RW (as Embolo can play both RW and as a striker, but if we get Zlatan then we are okay in that position for now). The club has its scouts, probably they will know better than us from youtube+60 minutes of gametime at the European Championship.
