Just thinking about this, I really struggle to see where Mata will fit in this season with all the youngsters breaking through. Think we will definitely see a few big names leave in this window. We could really do with a quality right winger also as much as I love Tony V.

I think this might get deleted as it doesn't really deserve its own thread - it gets posted all the time.

That being said, I would go for the same line up as you except that I'd put Rooney deeper/sign a new deep midfielder. I'd also sign Mkhitaryan for the right if possible, and I would give Blackett to absolutely anyone.

Much rather start rashford on the right. Pretty much anyone over Valencia. He's so much better as a wing back

This is the starting lineup if we have a really disappointing transfer window. It certainly isn't good enough to win the league. Hopefully, Mourinho will buy a right attacking midfielder, another more experienced centre-back, and a central midfielder.
