Yeah, I didn't actually check the case law myself (nor will I, mostly because I don't give a shit), but the guy sounds like he did his homework and understood it. I'd like Pakman to revisit the topic and correct any mistakes he may have made.

That said, this guy could have made the point without the disingenuous nonsense about the dangerous path that Pakman might have led innocent, would-be-sodomites into walking down. Just make your point, you don't have to impose fake gravity onto it, and I'd prefer if you saved the fake concern as well.
