This might be a placebo effect, but it worked amazingly well for me. So I'm sharing it here- some of you guys might find this useful (and I can asses if this works for real).

So, If you've been having issues with existential-crisis kind of thoughts (along the lines of "What am I living for?", or "what's the point of living?" etc) or feelings of loneliness that has no clear cause, and you are simply unable to get rid of them, get a copper or silver ring, and put it on your left ring finger. Eastern yogic mysticism says that such thoughts are due to imbalances in your life force, and this is supposed to mitigate such issues.

I went through such a phase about 4 years ago, after my Red Pill rage subsided, and this little trick I believe, kept me sane. There were days where I would question the legitimacy of this, and remove the ring, then in a day or two, I'm back to feeling depressing thoughts and feeling lonely. Then I'd put my ring back on, and by the end of the day all the negativity is gone from my mind! So, give this a try, and if it have had any effect on you, please let me know in comments.
