Maybe. I don't mind. Reddit doesn't seem to like kids very much and at the risk of sounding douchy, until they have a few it's hard to understand what happens to a parent when a stranger lays a hand on your child. I have no problem with discipline, but only if you have my express permission to do so. My sister in law watched my kids one time and told me that she spanked my oldest. She doesn't watch my kids anymore. She overstepped a serious boundary. I also think it's unfair to expect children to act like adults in any given situation. Especially toddlers. It's like they're playing a game that they haven't been given the rules to and they keep finding out what they are along the way as they break them. It's tough being little in a society that has become increasingly self centered and no one seems to want to be bothered or inconvenienced even the slightest. Sorry, rant over.
