men's issues, as if they did not exist, a sentiment that I get a lot from modern day feminists when they act as if men can't have issues because of reasons like privilege and skin color

To quote Michael Payne: "Many women have become so embittered by their own specific experiences of patriarchal oppression that they want feminism to be an exclusively female project." I think you and those women might actually share certain similarities in your experiences: you have been hurt or abused by the opposite gender, which has caused you to become somewhat bitter and indifferent towards that opposite gender's issues. Modern day feminism should not disregard men's issues - however I think it's important to try and understand what emotional place these women are coming from, even more so since you seem to be in a similar place right now.

I sincerely hope you're OK and that your bad experiences won't make you go the RP/MGTOW route, as that will only lead to more hate. Every gender has its assholes, but that shouldn't make anyone dismiss that gender as a whole.

That is the problem, that is why I am so bitter, because I do try my best to understand women's issues and I do believe they are true, I do not deny what my eyes can see, at least not the exaggerated one's like manspreading or whatever, but because of that I feel so alone, because I try, and those around me don't reciprocate, or worse, look at me like I've been emasculated. I've reached a point where I see hypocrisy so often that it has made me cynical and wanting to step back.

It's great that you try to see the other side's point of view despite having been hurt. I don't think you should feel inferior or emasculated because you try to understand women's issues, and if there are people that actively try to make you feel this way then I think you should try and take a step away from those people.

I try, and those around me don't reciprocate

Supporting women's issues as a man can be a lonely pursuit. Don't expect others to applaud you. Knowing that you are doing the right thing has to be enough sometimes.
