  Hi, I read few of the comments us backers are suppose to receive a email of the tracking number once the item is shipped out from the factory. I haven't received any updates other than confirmation of shipping address, does that mean the item hasn't been shipped out for me?

  @Jeronne, thanks for your comment and experience sharing from the other project that you've backed. We apologized for not always staying on top for the updates due to the complicated production issue and supply chain. We understand that some projects might have a faster delivery schedule and some might not, due to the different stages they are at at the time they launched and finished their Kickstarter campaigns. We're excited to let you all know that we had shipped out the first batch of Helix Cuff in mid of May and now we are very close to mass shipping all the batches! Thanks for your support and patience.

We just received an update from product team this morning that due to a production issue from our circuit boards supplier, the earliest we can send out the second batch is mid of June. But that issue would not significantly affect the production schedule. We'd send you the tracking number details via email once we ship your Helix Cuff. We appreciate all your patience and sorry for not being able to always stay on top for the updates due to the complicated production issue and supply chain.

The first batch we sent out in mid of May was a very small quantity production run that was around 50 Helix Cuffs but we decided to send out a handful and the second batch is the large full-scale production run, now our product line is constantly and gradually fulfilling all the pledges from Kickstarter. The few batches in total will cover all orders for our 1,865 backers. The assembly and shipping of the second batch will be conducted on a continuous basis throughout. We just received an update from product team this morning that due to a production issue from our circuit boards supplier, the earliest we can send out the second batch is mid of June.   Correcting people grammar isn't helpful at all. Even if it hasn't been a year. It's been a damn long time. This is the 2nd project I've backed and my other project didn't end till August last year and I received it 3 months later. 1 month earlier then estimated.

  I have a couple of very simple questions: first, how many Helix Cuffs were shipped in May? Second, how many do you plan to ship in June? A straightforward, honest answer to these questions would go a long way towards reassuring all your backers that you are in fact working to deliver our rewards to us. All we have received so far are just vague claims that you have shipped a 'batch' of rewards in May with no independent verification that ANYONE has received ANYTHING. Its ridiculous that Im just sitting here every few days, having to check on this site to see what is going on. Send out more emails now!   It seems like there are a lot of people asking the same question - "have you gotten to my order yet?" - including myself. There is also a good chance that your email gets blocked for any number of reasons. Is there any way you could post what order number you're on now? That way people who have not been emailed yet will know their email is pending, and those that have will know to contact you because the email process has failed.
