Considering the US has twice the population of Europe's largest country (Russia), and 5 times the population of France or the UK, things are not as simple in America as they are in Europe.

Also, Sharia no go zones aren't a thing in America, which is nice. If you have no money and you get sick, you go to the ER and the taxpayer pays for you. We have the largest charitable organizations of the world in the US. We have more guns than people, and for a country this size, gun violence is rare. Especially when you take gun suicides out of the statistics. Also helps if you remove inner city thugs gunning each other down in their war zones from the stats. The biggest problem (and one of the best features), with America is the extreme diversity of cultures. One size fits all plans in America are bound to leave out vast swathes of the population.

I hate to break this to you, but Shariah no go zones aren't really a thing in Europe either.

What exactly happens after you've been treated in America if you have no money?

I see no reason why you'd discount gang violence when calculating gun crime. The US isn't the only country with gang violence, but many gangs in other countries don't have guns, and consequently kill far fewer people, either gang members or bystanders. If you take out the most dangerous cities, (and BTW every country has rough areas) you'd still have a far higher risk of violent crimes such as murder, and especially gun homicide.

Also Europe is far more 'ethnically diverse' than the USA, which is ranked near the middle behind countries such as Spain, Belgium and Canada, so I'm not sure how you think that's a factor that would contribute negatively to US politics.
