You are very young and need to figure shit out on your own. Even us older guys don't really know anything other than our own experience.

A few tips I would give, if someone asked:

• Don't follow your passion. The odds that you are actually good at what you are passionate about are tiny and you end up wasting time. But bring your passion with you on whatever path you choose.
• Don't buy a car. Wait until you actually can afford it. Get a good bicycle instead. Fantastic way to travel and very healthy.
• Invest in STEM-field education. I regret every single day that I didn't get a degree in a STEM-field (science, technology, engineering, math). If I had the chance, I would take a degree in programming.
• If you don't want to/aren't brainy enough to take a STEM-education; invest in learning a trade. Car mechanics are always in demand and you can save money for yourself when you eventually get a car. You can also save a lot of money when buying a car, as you can buy a wreck and then fix it yourself. Woodworking/carpentry is always in demand, I would specialize if I were you (log cabins are awesome). Bonus: carpenters can actually build their own houses. Plumbing is dirty work (toilets...), but pays well. Electricians are always in demand, are high-skilled (less chance of immigrants taking the jobs) and a very versatile profession.
• Get a hobby, and here you can (risk free) follow your passion.
