Oh wow, didn't expect that post by GayLubeOil. He's one of the most well know red pill supporters around and trolls PurplePillDebate routinely. He only has two modes: total nut job and troll. I can't believe anyone would make him a mod of anything.

My personal favourite view of his is that women are most attractive at 16, and that society doesn't like older men having sex with them because they're jealous they can't.

Yep, he's basically a pedophile who thinks society is against him.

Yeah, that's the 'wall' concept and they claim a woman is no longer sexually attractive by 25 (at the very latest), and they get desperate to secure a husband and settle down. This leads to the theory that women nearing 30 are all used up whores with a disgusting past and are desperate to lock down an unsuspecting nice guy before her looks totally give out. Of course, said nice guy has always been an angel and the woman is using him horribly for his money and stability, and she doesn't actually love him despite him cherishing her.

You can see their own desperation and lack of socializing in that theory of the world. And it also shows how young, or at least immature, the majority of RP'ers are. If 16 is the paragon of attractiveness, then they're operating at a Jr. High level of sexual maturity - high school at best.

GLO says this stuff and worse, but it's unclear to me how much of it is genuine belief and how much is exaggerated to troll people who disagree with him.

I got banned for commenting on one of Trumps statements "crooked politician calls crooked politician crooked" because he was literally referring to Hilary Clinton as 'Crooked Hilary Clinton' in his official statements, which was beyond parody to me. That sub is a strange place, banning anyone who even slightly slanders Trump is a very questionable way to moderate.

Yes, their hypocrisy bugs the hell out of me

I was banned for saying that maybe we shouldn't have the same policy as Saudi Arabia

It all starts here with a screencapped conversation between admin /u/sodypop and /r/the_donald.

The current head centipede in charge, /u/Dylan-W, crafts a post in total good faith for realz in /r/the_donald outlining this miscarriage of justice, and asking the troops to not post in /r/the_donald about /r/politics. The response is swift and furious.

Heh, I bet 2006 admins would have shut that place down after a week.

Guaranteed.

Steve Huffman's talked before (I think on This Week in Startups?) about how when he ran the site with Alexis, he'd go out of his way to ban stuff like racism and sexism.

I also tried but I didn't do it fast enough so here is mine

  • 1: It all started over the past couple days when /r/The_Donald became very mad about supposed corruption in /r/politics in many posts like these ones: 1 2

  • 2: Apparently there was a post stickied on /r/The_Donald yesterday telling people to go to /r/politics and make it better, ~I'm not sure if this is true but if someone could link me to this post I would appreciate it~ Post

  • 3: The next day /r/The_Donald mods made this post that declared that the admins had messaged the mods of the sub saying that if they don't stop brigading and making posts about /r/politics there will be "severe consequences" so the mods would now delete all posts about /r/politics.

  • 4: After the other post the mods made yet another post saying that the admins told the mods of /r/The_Donald to stop drawing attention to their warnings. They also said that if they are banned its's only for making "certain actions transparent." They also accused /r/ShitRedditSays and /r/SubredditDrama of getting away with doxxing and "witchhunting"

If there are further developements PM me.

I HOPE THIS IS GOOD ENOUGH MODS

I'm not seeing where the admins are saying they aren't allowed to post about /r/politics

what am i missing?

You probably don't have a victim complex and lack the required paranoia.
But seriously, after reading the screenshots from the admins to the the mods of the_donald, I can only conclude that they (the_donald mods) are lacking a profound connection to the reality the rest of the world enjoys.
I've read it two times and I really can't see the claimed censorship attempts. Rather I see rude mods who seem to go out of their way to piss the admins of.

Harder steps, but important ones. Alexis is the stain that hired provably incompetent and unqualified typist 808sandhotcakes simply because she fit a diversity quota. That is a failure to lead and a failure to respect the community. And they only did it to appease the San Francisco cult of left-wing virtue signaling to maintain their access to the strict liberal "tech-culture" networks that rule the city.

Wow, the butthurt is strong.

A woman in power must have gotten there because she's a woman. A man in power got there because he's strong and talented. The liberal media tech culture in San Francisco is ruining the world by forcing people to hire women in order to satisfy their corrupt liberal agendas. IT'S 2016 PEOPLE.

[–]ADrunkSailorScoutTalk Buttery To Me

A woman in power must have gotten there because she's a woman.

It's funny because they all say that affirmative action is discrimination against white men and people should get hired on their own merits. But whenever a woman or a minority gets hired it's ALWAYS because of a diversity quota. They can't accept the fact that maybe a white male isn't automagically the best candidate for any and every position. Which is funny because that type of thinking is why affirmative action was necessary in the first place!

Hey thats really well linked and made, do you mind If I add some of these to the main post and credit you for it?

At this point it is abundantly clear that this issue is far bigger than Reddit. This is about censorship not only from Reddit but also from the Imagr staff who routinely remove content that doesn't subscribe to the liberal, fat positive, let jihadis rape white women, world view.

Can you imagine being as detached from reality as GayLubeOil to think that your subreddit has any influence on the world?

[–]mrpenguinxFeels nothing but pure hatred towards /r/relationship

People are already starting with "the admins surely don't have the balls to ban us!" claims, just like they did before FPH got the axe.

If anything, I can only be impressed by the admins restraint in this case. If it where me, I'd just go in the database and Delete anything and everything involving the_donald months ago.

They often go out of their way to claim that Trump has never done or said anything sexist, racist or otherwise bigoted, so yes they are. It's become pretty clear that they don't care about representing the truth, they only care about making their enemies look as bad as possible. Plus, if they repeat it enough times and no one calls them on it, it gets added to their game of Telephone and it will continue to get repeated, without proof.

I love how /r/the_donald will ban anyone with a dissenting opinion, but when they actually face consequences for basically objectively brigading they say it's "censorship."

It's a big open platform that allows you to make a subreddit for any obscure subject you want and gives you total control within reason of your own subreddit and you don't have to pay for things like domain hosting or worry about security. That's all reddit's problem.

On top of that niche commutes tend to gravitate towards each other. There's very few instances of rival subreddit's that do the same thing and if they do exist it's because of some earlier schism in the community.

[–]The_YoungWolfEveryone on Reddit is an SJW but you

This has /pol/ involved though, if they're mobilized they can shitpost for much longer than the average FPH user because that's pretty much all they do in /pol/, plus there's the whole political motivation so this runs much deeper than hating fat people.

[–]The_YoungWolfEveryone on Reddit is an SJW but you

I'm not convinced. Their little showdown with /r/sweden showed they aren't nearly as "powerful" on /r/all as they think they are. When given the chance to laugh at the Trump Chumps a lot of people come out of the woodwork to do so.

That was different in that it was confined to two subs, though. If /pol/ has the opportunity and anger to take a dump on reddit they're going to pounce on it, they hate this website with a fiery passion and have nothing better to do.

and have nothing better to do.

This is the biggest advantage they have.

Isn't it crazy how a tiny minority (Nazis, red pill types, etc) can make up for their small population size by just having so much time to spam shit on the Internet, making their opinions seem as common as more mainstream ideologies?

It's like one Nazi posting 15 hours a day makes his shit more well known than 25 normal people posting half an hour a day.

[–]Beefeyehttp://i.imgur.com/M2SpgWF.jpg 30

I think part of it is they tend to be more obnoxious and in your face about it, so it ends up being more memorable.

[–]Maldron_The_Assassin 70ポイント71ポイント  (45子コメント)

I'm honestly surprised trump even got this popular on reddit- I initially thought there would be an all out war between /pol/ and /r/s4p but it's interesting how a whole new section of trump supporters has been carved out of reddit.

Also I can guarantee that the day /r/the_donald gets banned is going to be a fucking massive shitstorm. The fattening will be tiny in comparison. Though to be honest, I think a large section of /pol/ doesn't give a shit about what's happening on reddit- especially since even /r/the_donald censors the popular anti jewish memes they are so fond of.

What I'm not sure the admins or anyone else understands about the donald is that it doesn't encourage brigading per say- rather the people who subscribe to the sub are also very active users and tend to spread their opinions via comments and upvotes all over reddit. Any sufficiently large sub with a large strongly opinionated userbase will create the illusion of purposefully organized brigades.

even /r/the_donald censors the popular anti jewish memes they are so fond of.

They're not doing a very good job of it. It took me two minutes to find this:

Do you even know who (((Milo))) is? He's here to lead this movement into the ground, just like (((Bernie))) did with his ineffectual campaign.

Yeah, he has been great so far but I think it's justified to be concerned about his (((tribal))) affiliation and tendencies.

Both comments are upvoted at the moment.

[–]Maldron_The_Assassin 26ポイント27ポイント  (34子コメント)

Is Milo a jew? The whole alt right sphere is really strange- I dabble in it from time to time as a centrist. I can never tell whether people are serious, or just playing along for the memes. Sometimes I can't even tell if I'm serious.

They mostly like Milo because he pisses off young college kids and embraced GamerGate. He's also the "based faggot" who gives them permission to call gay people faggots and has said some pretty awful shit regarding gays, lesbians, hell he even has cozied up to NeoNazi sites like the Daily Stormer.

Milo is ethnically Jewish (his mom is a Jew), but he was raised Catholic.

His mother is Jewish but he was raised Catholic, still practicing as far as I know. A few weeks back Yiannopoulos wrote an article defending the alt-right from accusations that it's racist (just puckish young men thumbing their noses at their parents, the little scamps are making politics fun again!) and was subsequently shit on by white nationalists he tried to disavow.

[–]PM_ME_JAR_JAR_NUDES 85ポイント86ポイント  (6子コメント)

This has /pol/ involved though, if they're mobilized they can shitpost for much longer than the average FPH user because that's pretty much all they do in /pol/, plus there's the whole political motivation so this runs much deeper than hating fat people.

The_Donald absorbed a lot of the white supremacy movement on reddit thanks to the recent bans of shitniggerssay, etc. Ciswhitemaelstrom himself has previously claimed to be an organizer in the white separatist movement.

There's been an underground fight in subreddit politics going on for a few years now. White supremacists officially started trying to shape the narrative of /pol/ and reddit starting in about 2009. Yeah, there are your typical guys looking to do it for the lulz, but if you go hunting through stormfront's boards, you can see all kinds of posts for how to pollute the narrative and organizations moving into online recruitment using right-wing narrative to push fascism and racial separatism.

All of these disorganized purges haven't been random. They've all been connected.

Wait you got a source on CWM claiming to be an organizer in the white seperatist movement? Because that would be fucking great to see for all the whining he does about people spreading the whole "CWM claims to be a rapist and opened the flood gates to racism on the_Donald" that he whines incessentally about as doxxing.

Admins don't have the sack. You can see it even in that modmail exchange. They're going to allow themselves to be bullied and lied to while the mods chum the waters and play hide the ball with them.

[–]The_YoungWolfEveryone on Reddit is an SJW but you

Yeah. "It looks like your modpost isn't helping..."

Yeah no shit idiot. It's so dripping with passive-aggressiveness I'd recommend calling a fucking plumber.

I really hope that admin is just playing dumb/nice and isn't actually that dense.

More like "I covered reddits ass perfectly"

He knows what he is doing exactly. He knew his messages would be screenshotted and shared. And any reasonable person, that is someone who hasnt drank the KoolAid, would see the overreaction compared to the actual 'demands'. It makes them look like bad, bratty spoiled children.

Every step of this is a buildup, where they expose their own immaturity, to the point where they really start screwing with the site. Then the admins will step in, with the full support of the majority of the actual community who already filters this dumb shit out anyways. People would celebrate. All /r/The_Donald is doing is playing right into their hands. Perfectly.

[–]aYearOfPromptsNever gonna give you up, never gonna let you down

It's crazy to think. On May 1, 2011, Hillary Clinton was helping Obama make the decisions that led to the death of Osama bin Laden, while a couple hours earlier Trump sat stewing in his own thin skin as Obama roasted him for the difficulty deciding whether he would fire Meatloaf or Gary Busey.

I feel like the Clinton campaign needs to turn that into an ad or something.

I like that Hillary has a nice print out of some Japanese porn in front of her.

[–]delta_baryonI wish I had a spinning teddy bear.

Their problem is that it's sort of kind of dedicated to one of the presidential candidates. They must be scared of looking like they're taking a side and getting a ton of negative press for it.

Wasn't there a fox news article about /r/European which neglected to mention that it was full of nazis? I know the admins aren't popular here, but they are in a difficult position.

Goodness me. I feel like I've seen this all before. Not with FPH but...

It's like a WWE main event. Yeah, it's a great showing and all, and look at all the ups and downs, but we all know how it's going to end. And look, there's admins Reigns, lining up the match ending spear.

Only I love Roman Reigns in this case. And am currently going mental with (presumably) the rest of the crowd waiting for it to hit.

Good god, you made me like Reigns in a very specific situation, you monster.

They will never shut down this subreddit, they know it would be national news and much worse than when ellen pao shut down fatpeoplehate

Not quite the subreddit I'd compare myself to, but sure, it would be like that, an exodus of edgelords, haters and bigots who prove everyone right by throwing a huge tantrum on their way out. And when they only have their own company on Voat, they'll slink back onboard with new names to continue the brave fight against progress and decency.

MOVE TO VOAT. SERIOUSLY.

There are no cucks to convert on Voat.

Now where's that Home Alone gif about Voat having noone to hear you bitch?

[–]Werner__Herzog(ง ͠° ͟ ͡° )ง 248ポイント249ポイント  (117子コメント)

Let's get straight to the point: I know everybody wants the sub to be banned, cause you know, popcorn and also it's June on reddit so something major has to happen, right. But the admins wouldn't do that in a million years, right? This would be the most insane move imaginable. Even r/european being banned made the news, imagine the subreddit of the candidate of a major party is removed from reddit...imagine how easily that would be twisted?

Btw, I'm saying all of this because, every time I say something will not happen, it actually happens.

"The subreddit of a candidate of a major party

Just let this sink in a little... like we're pretending this sub is in any way legitimate and isn't just constant 4chan style brigading and shitposting.

Thats why they wont do it, the backlash would be incredible. Not everyone wants it banned though, I think its fine being there as long as they stick to the reddit rules.

But oh god, can you imagine a major news outlet reporting on that and having to show shots of The Donald's front page--or really any post for that matter--as part of the story?

If it's banned then it's a travesty to everyone who loves high-quality drama across reddit. The_Donald must be allowed to continue spinning in chaos. They've had some of the most beautiful and satisfying insanity to come into SRD in ages. Do you remember the /r/HillaryClinton post from a few days ago? Do you remember how boring that was? Is that the caliber of political drama you want to try to enjoy?

SAVE /R/THE_DONALD.

[–]DragonsandmanThe Fine Bros are worse than Hitler 48

If /r/the_donald gets banned, it'll create a lot more drama than it could over the course of a month, and it would spill over into a bunch of other completely unrelated subreddits.

[–]VitruvianMonkeyTHE WHINING JUST GOT TEN DECIBELS LOUDER 34

I guess this is the age old argument between binging and rationing. Binging feels REALLY good, but doesn't last as long. Rationing feels somewhat good, but lasts for a long time.

I'm just Aesop's ant, I guess. I want drama well into the winter.

The /r/HillaryClinton drama was basically "oh the top mod is massively censoring us for no apparent reason? okay, I guess we'll quietly go over here and make a new sub." Meanwhile /r/the_donald is just a perpetual outrage machine that gets set off if you even look at them the wrong way.

The /r/HillaryClinton drama was pretty underwhelming, dull, and dry-witted. Much like Hillary's campaign.

The_Donald drama, on the other hand, represents their candidate very well. Both are basically big sloppy farts that are hilarious to hear but the smell makes you want to inhale a skunk's butthole.

I really wish we could have had just another month of Ted Cruz competing for the nomination, because things were just starting to get really juicy. They started calling Cruz supporters ChristCucks, which had so much drama potential in terms of religion, politics, and conservative in-fighting.

I mean, that sub embodies the fear the GOP has of how the public will view trumps platform come November. No one of importance is going to bat for some edgelord teenage subreddit.

[–]Werner__Herzog(ง ͠° ͟ ͡° )ง 128ポイント129ポイント  (36子コメント)

So you think Fox News wouldn't jump at the possibility of reporting that a discussion forum with more than 100k users was just banned from a liberal, Silicon Valley start-up's website?

I'm sure Fox News would, but it wouldn't be on TV or anything. I mean, half the front page is literally calling people cucks, shitposting, and memes.

[–]kerovonAsk me about servitude to our reptilian overlords

Did you see how they covered /r/european getting banned?

http://www.foxnews.com/tech/2016/05/16/reddit-administrators-accused-censorship.html

I would be shocked if fox didn't spin it as liberal media suppressing Donald.

I haven't seen this much drama since /fatpeoplehate. The_Donald really seems determined to piss everyone off, don't they?

They're so cute when they think they're being oppressed.

I think it's laughable how hypocritical that whole subreddit is. Mods bitch about being censored, but hand out bands without warning to anybody who isn't aboard the trump train. And they say reddit is a circle jerk. It's the pot calling the kettle black... Or Muslim.

[–]DragonsandmanThe Fine Bros are worse than Hitler 24

I think now is a good time to start placing bets on if and/or when /r/the_donald will either get banned, quarantined, or move to voat.

[–]Beefeyehttp://i.imgur.com/M2SpgWF.jpg 32

move to voat.

If only we were so lucky.

[–]DragonsandmanThe Fine Bros are worse than Hitler 18

By move to voat, I mean a bunch of people saying they'll do it over and over again, a few hundred actually doing it, and 90% of those people coming back to reddit the next day because they're on frickin voat. Seriously though, it's a piece of crap. Just type it in google and look at the top results.

Oh geez. My gold is about to run out and I feel like continuing to filter /r/all is going to just be even that much more necessary if this gets any worse. It's one thing to see it here in condensed story format, and another to actually have it spamming up the place.

Tinfoil theory: Admins encourage this kind of shitposting to up gold sales.

Somewhere between July 18th and 21st, if they really love us. Banning r/the_donald on the night he accepts the nomination would be fuckin' epic.

[–]andrew2209Sorry, I'm not from Swindon.

[–]75000_Tokkul/r/tsunderesharks shill 106

You act like they won't be brigading and harassing the night in celebration anyway.

They are constantly breaking site rules as it is and only getting away with it because of the subreddit name. Just like how /r/european got away with so much due to the name.

[–]Cuddle_ApocalypseTinker, Tailor, Soldier, Shill 15

I find myself still hoping beyond hope that he just flips everything around and just goes like "You people are fuckin insane for wanting this shit." It's super duper mega unlikely to happen, but holy crap the entertainment factor would be amazing.

[–]dumnezero$hill for big equality

Their entire sub seems to be built for upvoting shit to the rest of reddit. It's basically an "upvote clique". I spent a few minutes watching the new sticky post from the rapist mod and it was going at about 10-20 upvotes a second. They know this gets them attention.
