Freedom of speech does only apply to the governments right to silence the press. You, and reddit, are not the press, and reddit removing your ability to say whatever you want on reddit is not the government oppressing you.

I think you misunderstood what I was saying - I wasn't asking you to go find proof of no violence against Trump supporters that I provided, I was asking you to read the thread so you could see numerous places where I wrote I didn't condone violence.

The only point of contention I was bringing up was the notion that there has been MORE violence against Trump supporters, when in fact, Trump supporters have been a fairly violent bunch. But I'm not interested in arguing who has more acts of violence on whose side, because ultimately, the point I was making ad nauseum in that thread was 'I don't agree with what the OP wrote, and had they wrote it in this sub, I'd have dealt with it'.

And somehow that got misrepresented by my personal troll into 'DanglyW supports violence'.
