My garbage disposal stopped working one evening because I put way  too much in it all at once.. thinking there was no amount it could not handle (I've put it through worse), until it failed me miserably. Both sinks clogged up and food started coming back up. I wasn't even able to use my dishwasher since everything was connected. My mother in law told me about New flow and said they helped them many times, so I called... who likes to do research, when its already done for you? I was sold. So I called and Arman offered to come out right away which I thought was so cool but I was leaving right after so decided on the next morning.  I had a dinner party the next night so I really needed a working sink. I cant recommend New Flow enough... problem was rectified within 20 minutes of being there and I was on my way to cooking up the biggest feast with a now working sink. I even asked to get my tub's drain cleaned out and they were so pleasant about it. I figured, kill two birds with one stone? why not. Price was very reasonable and the service was great.

Okay, I have to give kudos to Arman and his brothers at New Flow.  They were good.  They were priced very reasonably, they were friendly and professional in their demeanor, and they got an unexpected yucky problem solved quickly.  I felt they went the extra mile in making sure all was well with two different sewer lines I have on my property.

In my case they ultimately found it was roots in the sewer line, but that wasn't at first apparent.  They came out quickly and rolled up their sleeves and dealt with this less than hygienic problem.  They removed a toilet and snaked the line.  But that didn't do the trick.  So they brought out a camera and saw/measured how far down the line the blockage is.  Then they brought out this wazoo instrument where you can walk the underground pipe from the inside to outside of the house, winding around, to find the exact spot underground where the problem is.

In my case they had to dig 8ft down, and sure enough they found the blockage right where the wazoo instrument said it was.  They worked hard, fixed it, patched up the part of the driveway they had to dig up, and followed up a few days later.

They did a great job of getting the problem solved quickly and didn't break the bank in doing so.

I promised them I'd write a review on Yelp (my very first one), so promise kept.  Will use them again if I have to.

Life Saver.  My boyfriend was on a business trip for the week and after I juiced a bunch of vegetables and put the remains down the garbage disposal realized it was making a noise but the blades seem to not be doing anything.  I had now clogged the sink with all the gunk and could not get it to go down.  A friend gave me Arman's number and he was so nice and understanding (since I know zero about pipes or anything along those lines...) He came right on time and made the fix so quickly!  Turns out there was a "small" glass found it's way down into the disposal cramming everything oops :) He was so great and even made a quick tweak to my leaky faucet/filter at no cost! 5 stars for my unexpectedly great experience

Arman was amazing. He explained to me what he was doing, and managed to fix my toilet quickly and efficiently. And it's back to normal, probably even better.

Wow, finally plumbers with out all the run a rounds I'm use to as well as the notorious crack we all know them for. A friend of mine referred me to Arman and I have to tell you, he was the nicest guy. The person who answered the office phone was incredibly polite and understanding. Firstly I didn't just have a minor clogged sink or drain. No, I needed Water heater replacement which, as a young girl (read: Peter Pan Syndrome adult lol) this was way beyond my comprehension. Most of my friends are girls so I was lucky to find someone with a referral.... not many girls are willing to help me D-I-Y a project like this. First of all I was really excited when I realized he was available the same day and no joke maybe it was a slow day but he came right away, like within an hour. Arman came, quoted and conquered. I really appreciate service-oriented family run businesses with a heart and this is definitely one of them. I will def use them for my future plumbing needs. I never thought I'd need a personal plumber but Arman is da man!

I contacted Arman after discovering my kitchen faucet was leaking and the hot water value was broken. I cannot recommend New Flow Plumbing enough. Arman went above and beyond to help me get my kitchen back in order in a timely manner (I live in a condo and getting the water turned off was a process). I also was considering replacing my sink and disposal at the same time and he answered my questions about what that would involve. In the end, I decided to just replace the broken value and faucet but I did so in part because I felt comfortable with the rest of the sink plumbing after having Arman inspect it.  I thought his pricing was very fair and I absolutely have piece of mind about a job well done. I also received an emailed receipt in a timely manner. No question I would call them again or recommend them for future work.

These guys were really good. They unclogged the drain, changed a faucet , fixed a rocking pedestal sink and leaking toilet.  They cleaned up too.   These are nice guys, knowledgeable and reliable.   Use them!

Literally just created an account just to write this review; this plumbing service is fantastic. They came within an hour of me calling, and the plumber I had was hard-working and focused, and he didn't rush to solve the problem. Instead, he made sure what the problem was first before rushing in and potentially flooding the place. Not only that, but he made sure I wouldn't have to pay as much by finding the most convenient route to solving the problem. Additionally, once the job was done perfectly, he checked several times before he left, told me what the wider problem with the building's piping was, then took a picture for me to show the building's manager. He also noted my toilet was using too much water per flush, which I can report and as a result save money on my water bill. He was patient, good at his job, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering how quickly and well he completed the job. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you so so much!
