In any case, there is plenty of evidence of voting irregularities in the US, but precious little will to act on them.

Elections are important, there is incentive for all parties to want to defraud the system.

In 3rd world countries, elections are monitored by trusted observers from other countries.

That's apparently not good enough for the USA, where such observers are not allowed.

Not sure where anybody who's got exit poll data for California (or NJ or any of the other states), is getting their info.

Exit polls are conducted by asking people how they voted after they emerge from a voting booth.

Pretty much anyone can conduct one, and I imagine it would be pretty simple to ask a trustworthy organization to do so.

In countries other than the USA, exit polls are regarded as official evidence of voting fraud.
