Silly season has returned for the 4th summer on /r/reddevils!

Most of you know the drill.

For those who don't...From today until the window closes, a transfer round-up & discussion thread will be made every day. In these threads, ANYTHING can be talked about. Any player, in or out, any transfer fee, anything!

Now, with these threads starting, this means that rumours submitted as separate posts will be removed unless they are from reliable sources!

Embolo would be great for RW/ST options, and overall depth.

We really need a stand out RW though, and some flair in midfield.

Hopefully Ibra comes in for 1-2 years, that solves out forward options.

Maybe one more central defender, I don't want to rely on Rojo/Jones/Blind next season... I'd rather offer the youth a position in that scenario!

Honestly, I'll give it a go. Sitting here while the miss showers gives me the only damn time to really think united on a Friday night. Truth be told, I'm in love with the idea that we could make a 4-4-2 formation with the players we are linked to. However it gives us an issue that we've seen before, do we really places Martial on the Right with Memphis on the Left. I'm sorry for the lack of clarity but the booze has gotten to me.

Given all information that is being tossed around, I'd love to see this :

                            Ibra - Rashford 

          Memphis - Rooney - Herrera - Martial

       Shaw - Bailee (BAE) - Smalling - Darmian

                      King Dingaling DDG

Maybe manager mode has spoiled me, perhaps the Chardonnay. But you cannot deny the attacking threat this formation and its players brings.

Then again you can switch it up a bit too :

                              Ibra - Rashford 

            Martial  -      Memphis    -     Embolo

                             Rooney - Kante

                    Shaw  - Smalling -  Baileee

                                    DDG
