There's the fact that Rowling always describes black characters as black as soon as they're introduced into the story (with the exception of Blaise zabini because the first time he's mentioned it's completely in passing). She is repeatedly described as having a white face, pale, blushing, etc, all attributes of white people. And I realize that these theoretically can be used to describe black people, but with the rest of her descriptors it doesn't make sense. Being referred to as half a panda, and pandas have a striking black and white contrast. Even a light skinned black person wouldn't have that type of contrast, and I say this as a half black person with pale skin. Her being described as looking very brown, which again on its own can be a descriptor of a black person, but under the context of every other way she is described doesn't make sense. Honestly I could go on, but I'm not going to, because you're going to believe what you want, and my point really isn't to argue hermiones race. My entire point is Rowlings poor attitude towards her fans.
