Buttcoin 内の SooperModelsDotCom によるリンク Yet another "Top 10 List" of why now is absolutely a great time to buy Butts. Yes, OpenButtzar and 21.sold.so.far.inc made the list. So did Opendime, whatever the F that is. Log charts are surprisingly absent

Meh. Opendime is a better idea than the 21 computer certainly. Certainly better than Factom. I'm not saying they are going to be the next big thing but IMHO a disposable bitcoin container is among the better ideas in a space of mostly terrible ideas.

Buttcoin 内の toddler361 によるリンク Hey Guys, what will you do if Bitcoin becomes the world currency ?

[–]biglambda -1ポイント0ポイント  (0子コメント)

Congratulations, I think that you think that that's clever. If by "had a stroke" you mean I realized that we get perpetual warfare, exponential debt and an unsustainable structurally unsound economy with both the republicans and the democrats than yes.

In the case of a crypto institution that holds funds the majority of the funds can be held offline. The only part that is vulnerable is the float, the working capital they need to make their daily transactions. If that portion is sufficiently small it can be insured or it can be priced into the fees that the company assesses. The offline fund are not at risk to hackers.

I can't think of anything more bullish for bitcoin than /r/buttcoin contributors feeling the spontaneous need to rally the troops. I feel sorry for most of the people in the world that don't have a full understanding of what's happening or cannot participate. You dumbfucks however have only yourselves to blame.

Excellent job: When you've degenerated into the /r/buttcoin talking points, it shows you aren't willing to think for yourself anymore. Here's the instructions:

  1. Remind people about Satoshi's spaceship to smugly imply that they are ponzi cult victims.
  2. Tell them, Sorry for Your Loss, to imply that they have or will lose purchasing power due to bitcoin.
  3. Repeat this process while telling yourself that you are smarter than others and above discourse.
  4. Masturbate furiously to the framed photo of Janet Yellen you have on your desk in your mom's basement.

Who the fuck is qualified to post on reddit? midgetsnowman? and what does a fully set political position mean? That I base every idea I have on a party or on some set dogma? That I keep my thinking within parameters sanctioned by oracles? I've actually thought about these things a lot and I've come to the conclusion that while many of the ideals of liberalism are great things that I agree with, they are often in denial of the existence of price discovery and incentives in such a way that they have a tendency to warp markets and create the opposite effect that they were trying to achieve. Worse they lead to systems which are by their nature unable to sustain themselves. Likewise I don't like interventionist war and all of the dumb arguments that lead to perpetual warfare and there is no party but the libertarians that unanimously want to end US worldwide interventionism. That unqualified personal understanding, which comes from working my way through school, working in a career that has taken me to every continent, buying a home, and setting up now several business's over the course of my life, has not been sanctioned by any party or oracle. So Translation: Go get started on fucking yourself with a bag of bloody dicks you patronizing little queef.

No, not at all. But just take a moment to look at the 20 year chart on any asset class, and our current situation becomes extremely clear. Today you can pick your oracle, whether it's Ray Dalio, George Soros, Bill Gross etc. they all have the same message: the debt cycle is turning over but unfortunately interest rates are already near zero, so if we do experience a big adjustment in the US market, the stimulus gas peddle is already down. So I'd ask you, what do you think happens in this situation? What's the endgame I'm not seeing?
