Stop jacking off completly basicly gives your body the message that no bitch is currently fucking you. Based on this assumption and communication, it urges one to be productive, thus the motivational factor to produce wealth and strenght in order to attract the opposite sex. So this acts as sexual channeling if you will.

If you have free sex aviable on sight or click, the body is not in need to produce more wealth or strenght, and bounding to the opposite sex is maintained (for the time being). Thus the desire for sex and woman is much less, so is the motivation to achieve.
