I haven't seen Jose when Rash/CBJ signed the new deal, he wasn't there either when Bailly signed for us and again, no sign of Jose again when Carrick extended his contract.

I think he is working but staying out of the limelight until he does his first conference/game. He has posts on his instagram of his office and some training schedules I believe if that is anything to go by.

He's definitely working, has posted a few photos on Instagram believe he's currently working on the preseason plans.

He even backed out of managing the soccer-aid game citing he wants to focus on Manchester United. Definitely working.
