Stam said in an interview recently 'I don't think it's necessary to start as a coach in Holland, why would I not be able to start abroad. This doesn't have to be a Premier League club but I could also manage a Championship or League One club. There are some big clubs there as well where you can really build something. I spoke about it with my family and they will come with me if it happens.'
