I know we give married guys crap on here but I feel for the guy in this situation. I can't imagine being with someone who I think cares about me enough to want to make a commitment to me only to later learn she was communicating with her ex to see if there was a chance. I'll openly admit that this kind of thing would devastate me.

Maybe I'm out of the loop but I seriously don't understand how people can do this to one another, especially someone who plays such a big part in your life. Maybe this 'have it all' mentality has blinded some people into thinking it's all about them and other people's feeling don't count for anything these days.

I bet you if the shoe was on the other foot and the soon-to-be husband was texting old GFs she probably wouldn't be too happy about it.
