(KUTV) Publishing tycoon Larry Flynt seems to have made good on a promise to Utah lawmakers.
In April, Flynt vowed to send every member of the Utah Legislature a free copy of "Hustler" magazine. Monday Sen. Jim Dabakis, an openly gay senator, tweeted a picture of his copy asking if the nude magazine was wasted on him.
The Utah Legislature was placed on the publication's mailing list after it voted to declare pornography a "public health crisis."
Republican Sen. Todd Weiler publicly introduced a resolution that "recognizes the need for education, prevention, research, and policy change at the community and societal level in order to address the pornography epidemic that is harming the citizens of Utah and the nation."
Dabakis mentioned Weiler in his tweet.

The story gained national media attention, including this article that said the resolution was backed by pseudoscience.
