I have been burned by the Reddit Gift Exchange program twice now. Most recently with the Hometown Exchange.

There needs to be a way for me to anonymously reach out to the person assigned to me so I can verify when they say shipped that it was IR it shouldn't show as shipped until they enter a verifiable tracking number. Now I am stuck waiting to be rematched if that even happens.
