Hey guys, I have been a MGTOW for 3 months but had dabbled in MGTOW ideologies for about a year, below is MY WAY.
- Create Own Way by listing and following 10 rules of life. This is the 1st step.
- Lift weights 3 days per week. (Mon-Wed-Fri--Stregth)
- Start bicycling 3 days per week. (Tues-Thur-Sat--Cardio)
- Do 15 minuets of yoga every morning. (Everyday--Flexibility)
- Stop over masturbating....limit self to a Sunday free for all.
- Parental Consent router to block porn and facebook everyday except Sunday.
- Mon-Friday 10pm bed time rule and 12am lights off rule.
- No using phone / laptop in bed.
- Read a book Mon-Friday from 10pm until sleepy or 12am whatever comes first.
- Improve personal finance. Pay off debt, eliminate expenses, get a better job.
I am now in the best shape of my life, feel energetic, confident, and happy. Got a new job at a better company and a much higher salary. Everyone treats me better. And unfortunately have inflated self confidence....but I try to stay humble.
