For the past two summer transfer windows we've had a live transfer thread to cover transfer news live and updated by members of the /r/reddevils community.

The purpose of this thread is to gauge interest and seek out people interested in contributing. The live thread is excellent for developing stories and imminent signings and would coincide with daily transfer threads.
