"The fascist of the future will call themselves anti fascists." -Winston Churchill

The Road to Serfdom by Hayek is a profound treatise on how the dissolution of individualism and central planning of thought leads to tyranny regardless of whether it's the left or right. That's what we're seeing. "You can't say that stuff" becomes "listen to what we say" and eventually "do what we say."

Central planning is a total mess. Democratic fascism is still fascism. Give me free speech or give me death!

Also, the United States is a Democratic Constitutional Republic not a democracy. Democracy is mob rule. Constitutional moderate is a better form of government.

Consider the consequence in a logical system where we assume that 0=0 and also that 0=1. We can say, 0 is not equal to 0 or Hayek is right. Since 0=0, Hayek is therefore right.

Broadly speaking, any internal contradiction allows us to prove whatever we want. This is why economists write books rather than paragraphs to explain their theory: they must obfuscate the internal contradiction relied upon to prove their conclusion, thereby inhibiting the reader from seizing upon it to prove the opposite conclusion.

Does the Austrian school possess such an internal contradiction? It certainly does.

A central tenet of Austrian economics is that free market exchange increases social utility. This seems appealing.

They also claim that the utility change of an individual is indeterminate unless they freely participate in the exchange (i.e. government welfare programs can't be justified). Again, appealing to many, especially those of a libertarian bent.

But, for every free market exchange between two individuals, it follows that there are ~7 billion people whose utility change is indeterminate. Thus, we conclude:

  • every free market exchange increases social utility,
  • every free market exchange results in indeterminate social utility

The foundational premises of Austrian economics is therefore capable of proving that unicorns are real.

If this is the schema by which you seek to understand the world, you're in deep doodoo.

Uhm. Just reading your statement I see no conflict. You say their individual utility is indeterminate UNLESS they participate freely. If they they participate freely then the individual utility is determinate.

And the 7 billion people who didn't participate in the exchange didn't participate at all so their utility is not a factor in the exchange.

But, for every free market exchange between two individuals, it follows that there are ~7 billion people whose utility change is indeterminate. Thus, we conclude:

every free market exchange increases social utility,

... for those involved in the transaction.

every free market exchange results in indeterminate social utility

... for those not involved in the transaction.

To which I say "no shit". That's not a contradiction, that's a condition of* reality.

No worldview, no system, no philosophy can accurately predict every action or reaction stemming from one individual act.

That doesn't mean they are a contradiction.

Do you think the so called "anti-fascists" will ever realize (they won't) that they are spouting word for word, the exact same thing the Nazis did prior to WW2?

The Nazis saw Jews as the oppressors, as people who, no matter the circumstances, will always search to subjugate and control others. That's how they justified violence against them.

Today's "anti-fascists" are not the first to claim unprovoked violence is "defense".

Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: 'by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord.'

The fascist of the future will call themselves anti fascists

The fascists of the future will be called anti-fascists[edit] I've seen this quote (with small variations) many times, but I'm having trouble finding the source. Can anyone shed some light on the source of the quote, or if it was said by Churchill at all or if it's been proven false altogether? --Thecakeisalie 13:18, 12 October 2009 (UTC)

false. search for Ignazio Silone. I actually contacted the Churchill Society and asked them if Winston Churchill had ever said "the fascists of the future will be called anti-fascists" They replied saying there was absolutely no evidence anywhere of him ever saying is and so, therefore, he didn't say it. For some reason it has been attributed to him incorrectly. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 83.100.173.161 (talk) 12:56, 2 May 2010 It can't be traced back to Silone either 91.138.67.186 16:10, 12 August 2010 (UTC) I've seen this quote attributed to different Italian writers but I could never find a definite source. 93.133.241.206 00:16, 24 October 2010 (UTC) A similar quote is by another Italian writer, this one confirmed: "In Italia i fascisti si dividono in due categorie: i fascisti e gli antifascisti."

Flight and expulsion of Germans (1944–50)

During the later stages of World War II and the post-war period German citizens and people of German ancestry were expelled from various Eastern European countries and sent to Germany and Austria. After 1950, some emigrated to the United States, Australia, and other countries from there. The areas affected included the former eastern territories of Germany, which were annexed by Poland and the Soviet Union after the war, as well as Germans who were living within the prewar borders of Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Yugoslavia and the Baltic States. The Nazis had made plans - only partially completed before the Nazi defeat - to remove many Slavic and Jewish people from Eastern Europe and settle the area with Germans. The post war expulsion of the Germans formed a major part of the geopolitical and ethnic reconfiguration of Eastern Europe in the aftermath of World War II, that attempted to create ethnically homogeneous nations within redefined borders. Between 1944 and 1948 about 31 million people, with the majority of which including ethnic Germans ('Volksdeutsche') as well as German citizens ('Reichsdeutsche') were ethnically cleansed from Central and Eastern Europe.

By 1950, a total of approximately 12 million Germans had fled or been expelled from east-central Europe into Allied-occupied Germany and Austria. Some sources put the total at 14 million, including ethnic German migrants to Germany after 1950 and the children born to expelled parents. The largest numbers came from preexisting German territories ceded to Poland and the Soviet Union (about 7 million), and from Czechoslovakia (about 3 million). During the Cold War, the West German government also counted as expellees 1 million foreign colonists settled in territories conquered by Nazi Germany during World War Two.

Out of hundreds of thousands of people attending Trump rallies and millions of people supporting Trump, there were only, correct me if I'm wrong, 2 actual incidents of the Trump supporters throwing the first punch. These were also situations where protesters were taunting and race baiting.

Meanwhile the number of times Trump supporters have had their stuff (houses, signs, cars, etc.) vandalized, their first amendment rights encroached upon, and faced violence is staggering. Yet, the media continues to blame Trump for the violence and push the narrative that his supporters are violent. I swear the gorilla getting shot (RIP Harambe) got AT LEAST 3 days worth of news coverage. Where's the fucking, scathing criticism of the San Jose mayor and those fuckers waving Mexican flags though? When did it become wrong to be a proud American. Fuck the Mainstream Media and assholes trying to censor the truth.

I, personally, would not put up with someone pushing me or attacking me. It would be a "to the death", ground and pound, type brutality I would release on them. Eventually they're going to push the wrong guy or set of guys.

And we all feel that way, my blood boils when I see these innocent people getting beating by thugs that are often here illegally. But what we have to remember what damage that will do to the Trump campaign. Right now we have the most amazing people with the patience of a saint, but as soon as one of our supporters looses his cool and fights back hard its going to slandered all over the media as 'proof' how dangerous Trump and his supporters are. And you will mark my words, the media will want the head of the Trump fan who fought back. There will be enormous pressure to have him arrested, the book thrown at him, a public apology from the mayor of the town, and most likely President Obama will make an address condemning the actions of the one Trump person that finally hit back.

We are at war, make no mistake. But this war has to be won with strong steady support. We must be a solid wall holding back the filth of this country, and never wavering. The left is trying as hard as it can to make us react, they need us to react, we must not react.

You ever seen Hotel Rwanda?

You know how the guy on the radio was saying shit for months on end about how those people were to blame for all the violence that came against them...

I watched a documentary on the Rwandan genocide and most scholars agree that the media played a CENTRAL if not PRIMARY role in creating the atmosphere necessary for the extreme outburst of violence that was the genocide.

They're dehumanizing Trump supporters so that people feel secure in hitting, threatening, and killing them.

That's how the Marxists work. They know they can't win out right, they're just doing the absolute best they can right now.

Not sure how we can do anything about it other than by recognizing that it isn't a game - these people are fucking serious. You don't see them doing the reporting, but the people behind them are full blown COMMUNISTS.

[–]art_comma_yeah_rightMD 1ポイント2ポイント  (0子コメント)

Rest assured however many incidents there are to date, they will have been be aired at every outlet. That's one thing you can trust the media to do. So if you've seen two, you can safely bet your life it's not a single one more.

Everyone needs to watch Yuri Bezmenovs interview

Trump has forced the marxists to move forward from demoralization to destabilization earlier than they wanted to, before they could get the indoctrinated numbers to win outright. They risked a national resurgence of pride like what happened with Reagan that pushed their plans back decades simply by undoing the demoralization of the 60s and 70s.

They're going to cause a lot of problems in the future and probably try to undermine our democracy to push their will.

Evil individuals such as George Soros have done this kind of thing quite a bit in other countries. We are not special. They have done it in other countries, they can absolutely do it here.

Don't give in. Don't let them demoralize you. Double down and prepare for whatever may come.

Where there are useful idiots there is usually a puppet master pulling the strings. You're seeing an extremely corrupt government, an extremely dishonest media, and a bunch of violent useful idiots that are allowed to attack people at will while law enforcement is told not to help by traitorous "government" officials. It's difficult to really say there isn't an underlying agenda here. This stuff doesn't all exist independent of one another.

A few months ago I would have rolled my eyes at this. Now I have a sick feeling in my gut about all of this. :/ I get too disgusted and upset and have to step away from it all, but then I jump right back in a few hours later.

I thought I knew what we were in for in terms of polarization, but I'm starting to realize that I had no clue.

Dude... Your username.. Why?

Because he was right. When cultural marxists turn free speech into "hate speech" and arrest you for even daring to question forced mass immigration of fundamentalist muslims then you have no choice but to engage in war with them.

We have two choices as humans, conversation and war. And culturally marxist leftist "hate speech" laws are a conversation stopper.

So your ideological role model is a psychotic terrorist? His "war" wasn't even fought against Muslims.. He slaughtered children from own country.

Also, people in the U.S. don't get arrested for "questioning forced mass immigration of fundamentalist muslims"... Not that that's even a thing.

Yeah I wouldn't equate the plight of a Trump supporter to that of a Jew in Nazi Germany, but yeah I see your point.

Yea, Jesus Christ, this is a stretch by every meaning of the word.

Except they're not equating the plight of Trump supporters to Jews. They're equating the actions of the Nazis--actual fascists--to shitlibs who are supposedly "anti-fascist" yet think it's okay to lash out violently at people for supporting a candidate they don't like.

Yeah surely there's a middle ground between gas chambers and beatings.

They just don't feel they could get away with gas chambers... yet.

The point is that the people that are calling Trump and Trump supporters fascists are the ones that are using the same tactics that the Nazis did.

The intention was to equate protesters to jackboots, not Trump supporters to Jews. The irony being San Jose protesters chanted "Nazis go home" while oblivious to their violent reenactments of such photos.

Comparing your "plight" to jews in Nazi Germany never makes you look good. This is kind of embarassing. I know it's just a response to the same kind of empty Nazi comparisons that the left always makes, but this is pathetic.

I wouldn't say pathetic. Human nature is unchanging.

Because millions died in concentration camps as the result of nazi dictatorship does not mean that the same violent, destabilizing tactics aren't still being used. The nazis used brownshirts to terrorize before they used concentration camps.

The point is not comparing trump supporters to jews, but comparing the tactics of the "protestors" (who actually call trump and his supporters fascists without any sense of irony) to the tactics of the nazi brownshirts.

No this is all Donald Trumps fault! Remember that time at a Trump Rally that one random guy punched that Bernie supporter in the face? well that made all of this flag burning, gang style beat downs, child and woman attacking all ok! See they are just defending themselves trying to create a safe space for "EVERYONE" except you, you and you because you dont believe what they do.

But they don't, not at all. They are so brain washed they completely believe THEY are fighting to stop the next Hitler. The left will take any means necessary to keep 'Hitler' from rising to power.

But the truth is that the people that are in power in this country rely deeply on us being soft stupid dependent animals. They have actively recruited the simplest and easiest to manipulate people. Why else would you think the wacko liberals have been given the keys to every university in this country? They are using it as a recruiting system where they brainwash the soft impressionable children. They have filled these kids heads with safe spaces, trigger warnings, and being told that no one has the right to say anything that might upset them. So as these children have started making their way into the real world they are programmed to be lefts ideal solders. They are convinced that stats are racist, that they have privileges that they should feel guilt for, and that by feeling that guilt they need to turn over any power they have to 'oppressed people'. Why are they doing this? Its simple they are trying to destabilize the country so they can reboot it with all new laws and rules since the old ones don't work anymore. They are working hard on destroying the constitution, because well armed and free thinking society is extremely hard to have control over.

The fact liberals and the media are covering for these assholes is truly frightening. Voting themselves the power to our pocket books has become the ultimate aphrodisiac to these extremists, making it all too possible for these terroristic actions to be sanctioned. The fear of austerity is all too real.

Y'all need to be more chill, like in Sweden where everything is just fine. This is what happened when the "people" of Malmö found out an Israeli tennis player was coming over for a game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zo90U3uqKBo You can really tell all that soccer practice has been paying off.

I don't even like Trump, but what fucking justifies attacking people based on someone you want to vote on? Does this really look good on their part?

Democratic Socialism is the new National Socialism.

The woman in the photo on the right, third row, is actually an Austrian woman crying tears of joy while giving the Hitler salute during the Anschluß of her country – desired by many at the time.

And you're being down voted for stating facts. Guess some people can't deal with being criticized. You can even see her arm raised, she's doing the nazi salute! I guess they chose to crop that part out?

Perhaps I should've given a source. I'd have stood corrected on the fact that she's from Austria – she's actually from Sudetenland – the rest, however, was correct: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Anschlusstears.jpg

More information regarding the photo: "The picture was snapped by a German press photographer and first appeared in the National Socialist newspaper, Völkischer Beobachter, in the fall of 1938, shortly after the Sudeten 'Anschluss.' The Nazi explanation was that here were portrayed the intense emotions of joy which swept the Sudeten Germans as Hitler crossed the Czech border at Asch and drove through the streets of the nearby ancient city of Eger [the German name for Cheb], 99% of whose inhabitants were ardently pro-Nazi Sudeten Germans at the time."

I'm not sure I want it to stop and I hope we don't lose our discipline because the manipulative and abusive media will simply use any defense or lashing out as a means to play the victims. I am rather convinced they are deliberately trying to make people snap

On American soil...with American police right there while most American "journalists" turning a blind eye. Shame shame shame.

Kek'd at the cart.

But really. Wake the fuck up and get off the tracks, cucks. This train has no brakes.

NO BRAKES! THE TRUMP TRAIN JUST GOT 10 MPH FASTER!

CURRENT SPEED: 14580 MPH

That's 83.31429% of the speed of a space shuttle (17,500 MPH)! Only 2920 MPH left to go!

No they're illegals mainly, this is in downtown San Jose California.

I have one question though. Isn't the blond women with eggs in her hair a Trump supporter? Because I know the picture she is being compared to, the women is crying out of happiness because her home (the "Sudetenland") was annexed by Nazi Germany and she is part of the German minority. So the Trump supporter is being compared to a Nazi.

If trump doesn't win, we're so fucked In the west. Better start reading the fuckin quran.

FYI fascism has to be an authoritarian dictatorship. Impossible under the current separation of powers system in America. No side are fascists. The anti-Trump fanatics are providing a lot of evidence that they are domestic terrorists though.

This is what I'm talkin' about. What they're doing is by no means okay, but calling them fascists? Really? Surely, there is something to call them that actually makes some sense.

[–]Triggered_OutburstsCA 4ポイント5ポイント  (0子コメント)

This is powerful imagery. I wish these kinds of visuals could somehow be incorporated into a TV ad, or hell, even a YouTube video.

We can't let this shit continue.

Imagine how decent people who've been tricked into being leftists by our broken press feel right now, knowing they're on the same side as these folks. Watching people on their side justify this violence against people because they support a Republican candidate.

If things keep going like this and Trump loses, there is nothing left to save.
