Definitely trust in Jose. He bought Zouma and Varane at very young ages, and they have turned out to be class. I'm sure he knows Bailly's potential as well.

In depth YouTube scout report: half way through watching a video I found myself thinking 'shit this kid is actually really good!'. He's quick and has quite a bit of pace. Seems like a defender who can actually defend but looks a bit like bambi on ice with the ball at his feet.

    Bailly is a fucking beast. This has been his breakout season and he's very promising.

    One of his most remarkable attitudes is his speed, which is quite remarkable for a CB, especially combined with his height and physicality.

    Villarreal has been one of La Ligas best defensive teams this season and he's one of the main reasons why.

    Would be a very good signing.
