Which ever their sexual organ is. It's very rare that people have both a penis and a vagina and those that too CAN choose. Unless they got rid of one or the other. But unless you're claiming every transgender person is a hermaphrodite with the extremely rare condition of having both a penis and a vagina. Than that's not relevant.

Not at all. I'm fine with his sentencing. I don't agree that he should be labeled as an SO because it wasn't rape. He failed to stop being too drunk to notice in drunk consensual sex. He never intended on raping her or thought he was.

A hermaphrodite is a person who's chromosomes exhibit both male and female traits. They'll either have a penis with ovaries or a vagina but some how produce sperm. Have abnormal levels of estrogen or testosterone. Which is an actual medical and genetic disorder.

Unless you can prove before they are put on hormones that every transgender is a hermaphrodite I'm confused how that's relevant

Choosing to be a different gender than the organs you posses is your choice. Expecting society to accept you because you want to be different is not a right. You have the freedom to be who you want. But there's a reason we have separate male and female bathrooms. Unless we all got rid of them and had Co ed bathrooms like they did in ancient Greece than so be it. I have no problem with your lifestyle choices. But you're either a man or a woman. And you can't argue that. There are bathrooms for both. Can't argue that. Use the bathroom that your reproduction organs are for. Penis for male. Vagina for woman.
