Choosing to be a different gender than the organs you posses is your choice. Expecting society to accept you because you want to be different is not a right. You have the freedom to be who you want. But there's a reason we have separate male and female bathrooms. Unless we all got rid of them and had Co ed bathrooms like they did in ancient Greece than so be it. I have no problem with your lifestyle choices. But you're either a man or a woman. And you can't argue that. There are bathrooms for both. Can't argue that. Use the bathroom that your reproduction organs are for. Penis for male. Vagina for woman.

Your gender is based on what reproductive organs you posses. So if they acquired different parts they'd be that gender. Don't understand the confusion there.

You're male or female. Transgender isn't a gender. Gender fluid whatever that crap is you are born with male or female parts that's your gender in terms of science. It's wasn't rape though. Two drunk people having drunk sex. None of it was consented because they were too drunk to logically do so. The wrong doing is continuing after she passed out I agree there. But calling it rape is wrong. They both were too far gone to make choices.for themselves and made mistakes that night. His punishment while wrong is fair enough. There is no rape culture though. This isn't a case of sexual assault so far because unless there was undeniable proof she was dragged there from wherever she was at first to that location. She had to have walked with him.there. can't claim rape when both of you are drunk and go somewhere to have sex.
