Well he is in the process of updating/correcting them. You can't expect someone to know perfectly the synergy between different champs unless they play said champs.

I'm unsure if these are finished, or if there are plans for more (and based on ADCs too), but I'm going to add the Support Cards post (project?) by /u/by_Fer

Nice quick overview of who support champs are strong and weak with/against in order to make picking slightly easier for those who are newer to the role.

Personally I'll often use both.

Cinder -> Titanic (ahead) or BC -> Defensives (So SV/DMP) and then finish up with either the other one of Titanic/BC or more defence if needed.

How about 5/10/15% ms?

Not entirely sure how that would stack up value-wise, but it would be approx 17, 34, 41ms, assuming a base of 330ms, and assuming it only multiplied the base.
