I don't understand why you would refer to me as "solpsistic". Can you clarify? If my post was annoying you could try the ignoring thing.

I also want to point out that I chose to go to my regular physician rather than a free clinic. But due to lack of assistant from insurance, I will not be able to afford to do that every time. I have no problem paying for my screenings, as it is something to make me feel better. They are completely worth it. However, not financially feasible.

I'm going to say that the title here is somewhat misleading. I read your post. I get that you want to pay for STD screenings but that doesn't mean you're exempt from bein labeled a whore. What I mean to say is that just because you're proactive about your health, that doesn't change that you're promiscuous.

Goy T called you solipsistic because your attitude is selfish. I personally don't believe in free STD clinics nor do I support most welfare programs for a variety of reasons but the fact remains that you are selfish.

An STD test at your doctor costs $500. Ok well that's what it costs. Instead of bitching about it on reddit to a bunch of like minded whores who are just going to squawk and cluck and agree with you, why not call your insurance company and see if you can negotiate a lower bill? If you're smart enough to be getting STD checks every week because you're riding a new cock then you should be smart enough to call your insurance company to negotiate a lower bill.

I don't understand where the idea that I sleep with a new guy every week comes in. I said I get tested before I sleep with a new partner. That could be every other month or a year. I never specified. Unless you are looking through my comment history which nothing in there should indicate that I sleep with a new guy every week, because I do not.

It could be as little as one new partner a week or as much as one new partner a year. You're balking at the price of an STDcheck. Well if you get an STD test once a year, that's $500 for a year meaning that is $41 a month. If it isn't apparent to you, your phrasing makes it sound like you don't get an STD test once a year because any sane, reasonable person wouldn't be bitching about a $500 health checkup they have to do once a year or less.
