I guess I came back for the entertainment value and because I do recall perhaps getting a tidbit of usefulness out of my last visit. Mostly I was just called names and made fun of. Americans are very fond of their lawns (and their laws.)

Although games with rules are fun too. Voluntary participation and all.

Sure, ask for a continuance. Judges love day-of requests for continuances.

You might get one. You should speak to an attorney before then.

Also, please ask the judge if he/she allows recording in the courtroom. I'd love to see this.

Well I don't know how the courts work. Asking you, it would appear they work something like this.

Cop gives person citation. Person pays citation. End of story.

You have a landlord so you don't own your property. You don't get to rezone it for a business. Your landlord can tell you to do shit. You're gonna have to pay a fine... and get evicted.

might as well file for a jury trial as well. i am not licensed in WI and have no idea if there's any state right to a jury trial there, and i'm not saying there is, but you can ask.
