You'd be a blast at parties.

Seriously, this reads like something crossed between /r/iamverysmart, /r/justneckbeardthings, and whatever subreddit is for not mowing your lawn.

Oh shit, your posting history is fantastic. Why would you even bother to come ask us "legal folks" what we think? It isn't like you would care, or even believe what we said.

I am a blast at parties. Thank you!

I guess I came back for the entertainment value and because I do recall perhaps getting a tidbit of usefulness out of my last visit. Mostly I was just called names and made fun of. Americans are very fond of their lawns (and their laws.)

Wait, aren't parties capitalistic? Or, at least, non-anarchist? Organized individuals, and whatnot? Rules and organization?

Maybe I've just been going to the wrong type of parties.

hah. um. I dunno what kinda parties you're used to attending, but mine rarely contain "organized fun."

Although games with rules are fun too. Voluntary participation and all.

This is all off topic though. Any advice on the legal situation?

Any advice on the legal situation?

Nope.

Hire an attorney and pay them to tell you why you're wrong.

Any advice on the legal procedure then? I plan on simply asking for a continuance on Thursday/pleading not guilty

[–]demystYinz 36ポイント37ポイント  (20子コメント)

Yeah, you need an attorney. Plea not guilty? Lol

Sure, ask for a continuance. Judges love day-of requests for continuances.

You might get one. You should speak to an attorney before then.

Also, please ask the judge if he/she allows recording in the courtroom. I'd love to see this.

Well I don't know how the courts work. Asking you, it would appear they work something like this.

Cop gives person citation. Person pays citation. End of story.

Well I don't know how the courts work.

Or how life works... or how reality works...

You have a landlord so you don't own your property. You don't get to rezone it for a business. Your landlord can tell you to do shit. You're gonna have to pay a fine... and get evicted.

You might want to learn how courts and laws work, sweetie

might as well file for a jury trial as well. i am not licensed in WI and have no idea if there's any state right to a jury trial there, and i'm not saying there is, but you can ask.
