I've messaged several people on discord all who were online at the time with no luck, and this response has gone largely unnoticed...mostly because of downvoters but that was kind of expected at this point. I mean why would someone downvote this this is the most relevant piece in this whole topic...this is getting frustrating.

This is Demarini. I don't really understand how you perpetuate the notion that I had done it or had been doing it for an extended period of time. The "griefing" that took place took place in the span of about 15 minutes, no more than that. Any more griefing after that that you want to pin on me is a lie and I have direct proof regarding that, I'll update this post but I want to get it out there. Edit 3 - Here is the timestamped VOD where he accuses me of being someone else, he accuses me of being "Not Alive <3". Do me a favor. Pause the stream when he looks up the scoreboard. Look at Not Alive, and look at one player above it. "iniramed". Alright now spell that backwards. LOOKS FAMILIAR DOESNT IT?

Furthermore, almost immediately after the game, and over a day before my ban took place, I basically offered an apology and donated to Anthony. You can view that donation on his stream here. I watched the vod after, and I saw him being upset, and he said how it was effecting his charity, and I felt bad enough to offer that as an apology. Obviously it's not a huge dent in his total, or a huge dent in my wallet, but it was supposed to be more of a gesture and an apology. He completely ignored it and continued his vendetta against me blaming everyone else on me.

The day my ban took place I was streaming on the east coast doing FFA games, as far as I'm aware Anthony was doing west coast games on teams. You can view the vod here. I streamed right up until my ban, you can watch my reaction if you'd like lol, I think I did a pretty good job of hiding my seething anger. I'm sure Xaviant has the info to who was playing in what server and when, you would not find Anthony_Kongphan and demarini in the same game, or even in the same region.

So what is it? You say you wanted to put an immediate end to it, but you didn't you waited a full day when I wasn't even bothering the dude anymore(and let's be honest, anyone that attacks him in the game is a stream sniper and bothering him, I don't even know why he plays anymore except for his own ego). No one acknowledged my apology, my donation, and what was meant to be a sort of truce. No one from Xaviant contacted me during this time, I'm very active in discord, it's not hard to get a hold of me. Nope, instead I got a ban for it.

Edit - I'll add more information. These chat logs were on the day I got banned, about a half hour before it. Again, I was streaming on east coast, and these chat logs indicate that Anthony had yet to report me through the game client up until this point. Tell me how this doesn't heavily imply that you took his word for it and that is all? Did he report me through the website? Can anyone report anyone through the website? You took his word for it when all he does is call every single person he encounters a stream sniper. He is literally the least trustworthy source I can think of on who is and who isn't stream sniping.

Edit 2 - I'm seething right now that this is getting downvoted. How fucking dare you say this when I addressed all the issues that I did just now in the previous thread. You blatantly are lying about me to support your false narrative and complete your damage control. I will not go down easily, when I am wronged I will not stop to make it right, so you better have a good god damn explanation for what you just said. Tell the truth and do what is right.

We are currently reviewing this particular instance to determine a fair ban length and will remove the ban when that period has expired.

Well shit man, it's still happening, as I said it wasn't me outside of that one time and it has happened on the 30th when I was streaming and will continue to happen, wanna know why? Because you didn't think, you just went ahead and burned the witch. Your mentality solved no problems of the streamers, and brought a lot of headache to you and your staff from this whole thing(and me! YAY). And before someone says this is about my ego and shit, I much rather be playing this game than typing up a storm responding to all of you. I much rather be doing anything else quite frankly, as I'm a lazy asshole and I don't have the energy to deal with drama like this, but I'll suck it up if I feel the cause is just. Seriously the amount of posts, support and hate alike, is overwhelming for me, but I appreciate the support of course. It's really hard to deal with your inbox when it's constantly flooded and you dread clicking it because it's going to be some naysayer that you have to try to talk sense to and reason your side of the story with. It's fuckin brutal.
