I know it's probably a shitpost but I'm just curious if ya'll would be happy with Payet as our proper CAM ?

I think Payet suits a club like West Ham and would probably not shine as much at bigger clubs

Yes, not against quality opposition though. He has scored 2 free kicks in his last 3 friendlies for France but he needs to show up when it matters

No, if Mata it will be because we have heaps of depth not because he isn't good enough because he most definitely is. If he does leave I doubt we'll replace him with another #10

I think he'd have similar issues to Mata. I think he's more suited to West Ham where he is the creative outlet who doesn't have as much defending to do. I suppose I'll know for sure if he gets to play a lot this summer but as of now, no I wouldn't take him.

Mata should be given a proper chance playing at CAM. I'm sick of seeing him play at RW. If Mourinho does end up selling him, sure I'd welcome Payet.
