I didn't see an answer to why Waz wore 19 (I saw it for sure in one game, not sure if it was several).

The starters were numbered 1-11 in all the friendlies. Rooney didn't start vs. Australia.

I thought it was a clever throwback to his first england number he wore (23) when he made the debut guess not. Missed opportunity
