Thanks guys.

My defense last about 1 hour and 45 minutes. 15 minutes of deliberations and 2 days of revisions. Waiting on final approval and then it's all done, and its on to being a serious researcher. I actually have plans on working on a research note pertaining to a recent AER article...

The best mods are like the Federal Reserve. They're accused of abusing power and authority far beyond what they actually have available to them, but they still keep doing just the right amount to keep the economic (or badeconomics) ship sailing.
