Mgtow hobbies Video games vs Lifting? Opinions? (self.MGTOW)

Ive been getting bored of video games lately and don't really see them in a productive light or improvement to life as of late as well. so im thinking about lifting/exercising. is lifting more of a successful man thing to do than gaming is?

I play Xbox as well. Love it. I also lift and play guitar, bass, drums, piano. I shoot often as well and read quite a lot.

Just getting serious about cooking and have been reading up on medical textbooks to help with my job.

I try to learn a new topic/skill each month.
