That's a really weird setup, that's an old mac keyboard but that's not an imac, Sims 4 won't run an older macs.

There's also what looks like an Xbone or maybe a Kinect behind the monitor but only a 360 controller and 360 games in view, unless the ones on the left are Xbone games.

There's also a second keyboard underneath the first which is where her hand is going. I suppose she could be playing on PC and didn't pull out the keyboard and mouse for some reason, maybe she likes having her wrists hurt while playing.
