NK bombing Japan is like some sicko kicking a dog. It might make them feel powerful at first but just wait until their dog loving neighbors come to beat the shit out of them.

The Koreas have a long history with Japan. It's definitely a sick act, but there's also a lot of anger held by Korea against Japan.

I think it'd be more like a mad dog biting some guy and running off. Now the dog catcher has to come out and clean up.
