Overall, this product does what it's supposed to do which is provide "hands free" usage of an iPad. But, there are some serious design flaws that get in the way.

First, the straps that stick out to the side in the picture get in the way of accessing the screen. You have to reach over them. I use my iPad to do inventories and I have to use two stylus pens to get past the straps to type.

Secondly, the pack itself is not very well constructed. The material used for actual pack is way too soft. The picture SetWear uses on its website gives you the impression that the pack is very robust and stable. It isn't. The part of the pack that lies against your chest bends forward at the corners when the iPad is opened. In SetWear's picture, those two points lie flush. The velcro on the small pocket on the front ripped shortly after I started using the pack.

The "sleeve" the holds the iPad isn't really a sleeve and is actually put on upside down. There's a hole for the back camera that lines up just fine. However, when you put your iPad in with the camera at the hole, you can't use any of the external buttons or plug in headphones. Those areas are completely blocked. If you put your iPad in "upside down", you can use the controls but the camera is blocked. The radio pouch on the front is useful as I sometimes carry a handheld radio with me. But its for a small handheld. The securing bungees that go over the top aren't very long and won't fit over a larger handheld. The elastic strap that holds the pack to your body is way too thin. It needs to be much more robust to make the pack more stable.

The pack has potential, but in its current state could prove to be annoying after extended use.
