SRSD follow up criticism (self.SRSMeta)

SRSD may have had a problem with "tankies" before, but now it has swung back the other way. The first day of the return, the mod team said the biggest problem was going to be overenthusiastic communists.

The other day, a highly upvoted response in a thread was class-shaming poor people, totally disregarding systemic marginalization in favor of blaming individual choices.

OP also posted this, which is something you would see in a libertarian-right sub more than a leftist sub.

The fact that these kinds of comments are greeted with approval is a little concerning.

What exactly has changed there in the time since it was taken down for weeks? Have the moderators changed their moderation style at all?

This actually seems like the same problem SRSD has always had:

A sizable fraction of the community is either not leftist or bad leftist, and they tend to fight both each other and the ordinary SRSers that go there.
