Is there a difference between a human eye at 60fps and one filmed at 700fps if you're watching on a 60hz monitor?

As in, is there an improvement like when you downscale 4k to 1080p?

The eye is constantly moving, among other reasons because of the blind spot right in the center. The blind spot requires the brain to interpolate data from different eye positions to hide the gap. The amount of processing done to the "raw data" in order to form a coherent image is staggering, some of it even happens in the retina itself.

Either write the factor at which it's been speed up/slowed down or write both the framerate at which it's been recorded with and at which it's being played with.
