I ordered online. They said it will arrived by Saturday then they called saying they can't ship right away because items in my order, they are not sure if they still have. Then why in the world you are not doing your inventory? I placed my order and ended up cancelling it because I'm not going to pay $43 for shipping and it will take almost a week to arrive. They refund my money but they took a $5.49 fee, and said they will return it back after 3 to 5 days, WTF is that???? They took all of my money right away hence when they refund you it will take almost a week to do. Even here in US there are PInoy's that are scammers and corrupt!!!! BEWARE of ordering from this site if you don't want to have a high blood, just saying!!!!

Unfortunately, it seems as though your understanding of what transpired with transaction that you've referred to above, is not clear. First of all, regarding our inventory status, we are very aware of the items we have in stock, and our in-stock status had nothing to do with the reason we were unable to deliver your order in the time you requested. The fact is, that certain items in your order would not have allowed us to rush delivery as requested, especially considering the time and day that the order was placed. Our representative explained that to you over the phone, we apologize if anything was unclear. And in regards to your refund, we will NEVER charge a fee, or withhold any money when issuing a refund. We even went so far as to contact a Paypal representative (the method used at checkout) to ensure that there were no processing errors when issuing your refund, and there were not. Their representative assured me that your refund was processed correctly and in full, and you should have received an email from Paypal, detailing the specifics. Again, we are sorry for any confusion that may have occurred, and we encourage you to contact us with any other questions or concerns you may have with this order or any others in the future. Shirley Crisostomo Chase Well I think your representative didn't understand the explanation she was giving me. Because she said a different explanation including with regards to your inventory. The email they sent me it was clearly written that paypal removed the $5.49 fee from my payment when they try to refund me which is ridiculous, plus you charged my card right away when they promised me that if I place my order before 3pm then by Saturday it will be here already. But after 3:30pm they called and they said they can't ship it and I told them if that's the case you should give me a discount in shipping because I'm not going to pay $43 for shipping that it will take a week to ship. But they don't so I said when you say something to your customer make sure you can keep it. I have added a photo here...so is this just misleading or what? I think it is clearly written here and your representative was the one who sent this to me. And lastly paypal didn't contact me until now regarding this transaction. Next time make sure you can ship it on time like what you told the customer and make sure you have right away the items that the customers are ordering online before CHARGING THE CARD. Sad part is you charged my card right away and in the end you can't ship my order and now you will tell me it will take 3 to 5 days before you can refund my money. I'm hoping you are not really charging me that fee because I will file to the Business Bureau if you do that.
