So there's this PPP in Washington State called GoodToGo that manages the electronic tolling and billing for bridges and express lanes around the region.

Many Seattle residences are quite well-versed in their already-shaky history:

• You can't pay a negative balance online, though according to some users, you suffer from entitlement if you think this is an issue and will possibly be raped in prison.

• They sell RFID passes which don't always work, they have trouble getting invoices to you in the mail, and dealing with their phone system typically takes about an hour. This results in many explanation points and bolded fonts.

• In a continuing and dramatic development, the official Washington State DOT account is now going around the comments doing damage control. This further frustrates some users.

• Several Good citizens, including OP strangely, point out that since you knew you crossed the bridge, you should have just gone ahead and sent your money in if you didn't want penalties.

• It's started spreading to twitter too.

Really the entire comments are a lighthearted romp through droves of buttfurious Seattleites trying to stay calm and passive aggressive.

There's a good chance the mods there will just nuke the whole thing, so get it while it's hot.
