While the top comments praise the OP for not becoming "a martyr", the drama begins to congeal a little further down when "oscar666kta420swag" posts

This is just a taster, though, because in response to this deleted comment:

How was he not swarmed by secret security. I know if your pres you get it for life. Imagine the same for him. Just hypothetically would it have been possible to bring a derringer in with you? [emphasis mine]

Another user isn't convinced:

This is a public forum. You can't talk about assassinating a known political figure without getting yourself and everyone involved in the conversation added to a watch list. Saying that it is "hypothetical" keeps you out of jail, it doesn't give you any cover from surveillance whatsoever.
