This is getting quite fun. There isn't an end to SRS's shenanigans. Catch up on part one and part two
Before you start reading this, take a look at this. It pretty much confirms all that the SRSers were doubting in my past two write ups.
Let's get started, shall we?
Firstly, shoutout to /u/gamergatefan. He/she helped me form the backbone for this section and provided me with valuable information.
It turns out that the admin involvement isn't limited to the shit /u/intortus did. Reddit's very own policy was reformatted to need the demands of the 'fempire' subreddits. Here's the link to the post which called for this. To sum up what it says, /u/pro-creator, moderator of /r/blackladies, claimed that Reddit does absolutely nothing to stop apparent brigading and 'hostile users' from invading their subreddit. She goes on to claim that reddit caters to the needs of subreddits that she coins as hateful. Her whole argument is based on this theory. In short, she wants the reddit administration to do moderation on her subreddit.
Here are some great quotes from her writeup:
Moderators volunteer to protect the community, and the constant vigilance required to do so takes an unnecessary toll. We need a proactive solution for this threat to our well-being
She wants a private sub, but doesn't want it to be called a 'private sub':
Therefore, we ask for a solution in which communities can choose their own members, and hostile outsiders cannot participate to cause harm.
She doesn't know why moderators exist:
Since this community was created, individuals have been invading this space to post hateful, racist messages and links to racist content, which are visible until a moderator individually removes the content and manually bans the user account
Internet points discourages people:
Hostile racist users are also anonymously “downvoting” community members to discourage them from participating.
We have researched and understand reddit’s various concerns about disabling downvotes and restricting speech.
Don't mean to be a grammar nazi, but it should be 'understood'. Also, note that she says that Reddit is concerned about restricting speech(and that this post is a year old).
Moving on, this post was signed by all the fempire SRS subs. To name a few:
To sum up what happened afterwards was that these fempire subs created a new subreddit : /r/discusstheopenletter, which went private(and is now back up) to discuss this post made by a moderator who didn't want to moderate. In this subreddit, SRS shamed /u/kn0thing and tried to change reddit to their bullshit narrative. Note that at this time, kn0thing was still somewhat a good admin who was pro free speech. He's been corrupted by SRS. Here's another discussion that was private, now public. Note how most of what was demanded currently exists today. Some of it did make sense, such as the separation of Modmail and PMs into separate inboxes. But it also asked for:
Restricted access of subreddits, as in "don't allow the subscribers of these subreddits to post, modmail, or in any way interact with ours"
In other words, what happens if you post in KIA today.
So this went on as kn0thing was corrupted by SRS. Here's where he said, ""I've recently circulated notes ... we're setting out goals and a timeline for implementing them". He was shamed by SRS users, called shit like a 'hero of racists' and a 'hero of sexists'(ironically most SRS users support HRC, who supports a rapist - her husband). Here's Ellen pao(I know that not many of us liked her) getting shamed on that post on /r/blackladies.
So there you go - that's how SRS corrupted the minds of the admins. Here's a relevant image from KIA highlighting the difference between reddit - now and then (ie: under SJWs and while not under SJWs).
Again, thanks /u/gamergatefan, all of the resources were provided by you. let's move onto the next part now.
A day after r/all was flooded by /r/punchablefaces posts, with a picture of a blm protestor who shut down a Sanders rally, the top moderator of the subreddit, demodded all the other mods. /u/cosmickeys explained what happened. Following the demodding, the CSS was removed, submissions were restricted and a single post linking to SRS was left by the new moderators. This redirect was later removed, and a new set of moderators were added - actual SRS mods. /u/archangelleGabrielle, also a mod of SRS, made a post on the sub which incited a negative reaction from the community. At the moment, /r/punchablefaces is still under SRS and it's been made into a sub that sticks out to 12 year olds. Here's what their rules read:
1) Don't be a donkey dick. No one likes donkey dicks.
2)You can only post images/videos of things we won't ban you for
Also, another relevant post which I spotted in KIA. The SRSers who took over /r/punchablefaces were cyberbullying a teenager. It even went to the point where /u/takeittorcirclejerk , a cancer mod (who evidently banned me for SRD for no reason what so ever) defended this harassment.
Other subreddits taken over by SRS:
SRD was covered in part 2, with /u/metaredditcancer's explanation.
Moving on, let's take a look at how SRS does there takeovers. A user claiming to be a former SJW and member of the cabal spoke about it in KIA. Source. There are 4 ways -
Members of the cabal contact reddit admins on facebook/twitter(they're that close). The 'rogue' admin then just gives the top mod position to the desired SJW who demods the other mods and adds whomsoever he/she wants. This method was used by somebody called cupcake1713, someone I've never heard of.
A higher up mod plays a sleeper agent. They infiltrate subs by posting legitimate content for a particular subreddit to be seen not as an SJW. They keep building up loyalty through their alts, until they successfully reach a top mod position.
A common way reddit request. If the top mod is inactive, request for the sub. Admins are most likely to give them away to SJWs eitherway.
Top mod decides to do something stupid - gives away his/her sub
I think that's it for this one. A big thanks to /u/shadowman3001 and /u/AntonioOfVenice for making me private subs to help draft this writeup. Also, I would have written shit and framed up conspiracies if /u/cojoco hadn't spoken to me - so thanks everybody :)
